Webinar Overview
According to a study presented at the 2003 European Federation of Corrosion, approximately 40-60% of all pipe maintenance is due to Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI).
Although CUI is widely recognized as a primary driver for damage in the petrochemical industry, the solutions often lack the sophistication devoted to other damage mechanisms. Approaches to inspecting and controlling CUI tend to be reactive and lack focus, partially because susceptibility is due to a much wider array of factors than usually considered and the data needed to drive sound decision making is rarely at the fingertips of decision makers. Furthermore, companies find themselves experiencing unexpected or "random" issues with "unsusceptible" assets, resulting in time spent fixing issues rather than preventing them.
Join PinnacleART's experts as they walk through considerations and steps you can take to make your CUI program more proactive and robust. Following the webinar, attendees will be able to walk away with an understanding of what it means to have a truly proactive CUI program.
