Petrobras Accepting Non-Binding Offers for Regap Refinery Sale

Brazil’s state-controlled oil company Petroleo Brasileiro SA, or Petrobras, said it has begun receiving non-binding offers for its 150,000 bpd Regap Refinery in the state of Minas Gerais. Petrobras will begin the non-binding phase for three of its other refineries - Reman (46,000 bpd), Lubnor (8,000 bpd), and Xisto (5,880 t/d), over the coming weeks, the company said in a securities filing.
