Reuters, May 16, 2019

Sinopec Corp’s subsidiary refinery in Qingdao plans to shut down facilities later this month for a planned major overhaul, the state-run refiner said on its website on Wednesday. Facilities will be switched off on May 25, Sinopec said, without giving further details. The refinery in the eastern Chinese port city of Qingdao has a nameplate crude processing capacity of 10 million tonnes a year, or 200,000 barrels per day.
