Joshua serves as the Technical Authority for MISTRAS, designing, integrating, and training inspection personnel in advanced and new technologies. Joshua has 22 years of inspection and NDT experience, and transitioned from the military to the civilian industrial sector. Josh is a Subsea Engineer and a Chartered Engineer with the Engineering Council, a certified NDT Level III in ten methods, holds API, AMPP, and AWS Certified Welding Inspector certifications, and is pursuing a PhD in Engineering.
