Andres Salazar has more than 32 years of experience in the Oil & Gas, Chemical and Petrochemical Industry. He received a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Zulia in Venezuela and obtained a master’s degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Caracas. Mr. Salazar served as Professor of Materials for Engineering, Metallurgy, and NDT at the University of Zulia from 1993-2003 and has published and presented several research papers in the area of Materials, Corrosion, Inspection, Reliability and Quality Engineering in different Congresses and International Events. Mr. Salazar is also API 510/570/653/571/580 certified.
