James “Chezo” Cesarini, PE is an experienced engineer with 38+ years in the Petrochemical industry. Chezo spent 14 years with Valero serving corporate and site roles in PSM, Engineering, Reliability and Inspection, Turnaround and Maintenance Management. Previous to Valero, Chezo served as an Inspection Supervisor for Marathon and as a Mechanical Designer for Dow. Chezo has two Engineering degrees from Texas A&M and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.
