Keith Lapeyrouse is a Consultant for Process Reliability Solutions. His company, Process Reliability Solutions, LLC’s mission is to improve data collection and action execution processes to reduce risk and ensure business continuity.
He has worked within the petrochemical business or the past 35 plus years. He is a member of the steering team for the Mary Kay O’Connell Center for Process Safety’s Instrument Reliability Network. He is a member of API’s Sub-committee on Mechanical Integrity, ISA S-108 Intelligent Device Management and the past Technical Chair of the Mary Kay O’Conner Instrument Reliability Project.
He is a Registered Professional Engineer in Louisiana and has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a M.S. in Engineering Science. He is an API RP-580 Inspector. He is currently working on a PhD. focused on Risk Measurement Accuracy.
