Henrique Ventura is Industrial Maintenance Manager at Petrobras for 6 years. He started as engineer in Industrial Automation and DCS Implementation in new Process Plants for 10 years, completing his experience of 30 years acting in Turnaround Planning, Reliability and Maintenance activities. Henrique was graduated as mechanical engineer at Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ, 1986) and received his Master degree in Petroleum Engineering by the University of Campinas (UNICAMP, 2002).
