  • Optimize costs associated with inspection, maintenance, and total asset spend

What You Do:

We believe that if we are to make the world reliable, it will take a comprehensive reliability solution and an exceptional delivery team to design, implement and maintain that solution, one customer at a time.  As VP, Operations you will play a key role in leading the Operations team to ensuring this vision is further developed and realized.

Reports to: CEO

Location: Pasadena, TX

Accountable for:

  • Excellence in Execution & Strategic Growth: Drives excellence in execution and creates an operational infrastructure that allows PinnacleART to expand its impact
  • Client Satisfaction: Builds teams and systems that deliver superior service and ensures the clients see PinnacleART as a strategic partner in business operations
  • Leadership: Drives the development of extraordinary leaders, instills ownership within key leaders, and stewards’ availability of resources to ensure advancement of professional development opportunities at PinnacleART

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and communicate a vision for the company to achieve outcomes as identified above
  • Build, grow and lead a dedicated team of high performing industry professionals
  • Full P&L responsibility for operations departments
  • Build a team structure that is scalable to meet our company growth targets
  • Collaborate with support functions
  • Ensure that documentation/processes/systems are created to maximize quality delivery and scalable growth
  • Actively engage and develop team members

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 10 years' Executive Management/Leadership Experience
  • Enthusiasm to develop and lead teams
  • Demonstrated ability to develop growth plans for rapidly growing organizations
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with mechanical integrity, reliability and/or operations & maintenance programs
