Simply create an account using the email address that you subscribed with. If you are not sure which email address you used, please send us a message.
Before you are able to log in for the first time, you must confirm your account by following the link provided in an email that was sent to you upon registering.
Please make sure that the email address that you use to log in matches the one you subscribed with. If your email addresses are different, please contact the administrators to make changes to your email address. Also, you will not be able to view digital issues of the Journal if your subscription has expired. Please visit your account settings to make sure that your subscription is still active.
You may make changes to your account information on the Account Management page.
In order to access the Journal Reader, please make sure Javascript is enabled in your browser.

If your Journal Issue frequently arrives damaged and your mailbox is sufficiently sized, then check with the post office to see if the magazine arrives in good condition. If it does not, then please contact us immediately so we can find an alternative solution.

If this is an isolated event, you can report a damaged issue online by clicking here. Your subscription will be extended to make up for the damaged issue, or if you would prefer, we will expedite a replacement issue.

Inspectioneering’s delivery window is one to two weeks after the second month printed on the issue cover for U.S.-based addresses. For international addresses, it may take longer. For example, for the January/February issue, delivery should occur no later than the second week in March. Your Journal Issue should not be considered late or missed unless it arrives after this window.

If none of these explanations apply, please click here to contact us immediately so we are aware of the situation. Your subscription will be extended to make up for the missed issue, or if you would prefer, we will expedite a replacement issue.

Inspectioneering subscriptions are offered for at least 1 year terms and full payment is required to purchase a subscription. If you are unsatisfied with your subscription, please contact us immediately so we can assist you. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis and granted in the sole discretion of Inspectioneering LLC.
