Solutions for the Pressurized World

We provide dedicated engineering support and specialized testing services for all sectors across the energy market to ensure mechanical integrity, extend the service life of equipment, and protect life and the environment.

Fitness-For-Service

Using a variety of tools from pipe stress software to advanced Finite Element Analysis, we help you develop timely and cost-effective solutions for your engineering challenges. Our multidisciplinary approach combines knowledge of materials, inspection, fracture mechanics, and years of experience.

Civil Infrastructure Solutions

Through a deep understanding of structural behavior and materials performance, WJE evaluates and addresses structural and materials problems in a wide variety of civil infrastructure assets. We take a hands-on, investigative, results-based approach to develop long-lasting, cost-efficient solutions.

Metallurgical Consulting and Testing

Understanding the behavior of materials during installation, operation, and repair is challenging. Our metallurgical and welding engineers have extensive experience in the characterization, performance, and selection of metals and joining techniques in a broad range of applications.

Corrosion Assessment

Corrosion is a common cause of material degradation, leading to a reduction in service life and/or structural failure. WJE combines characterization techologies, laboratory capabilities, and experience from numerous investigations to determine the root cause(s) and identify mitigation solutions.

CrackCalc - Fracture Mechanics Software

Developed in-house, WJE CrackCalc™ is a software package that provides users the ability to perform fracture mechanics calculations using the methods described in API 579 / ASME FFS-1 Part 9 at much higher speeds and with more customizable options than previously available commercially.
