Webinar Overview
Strong data management is the foundation of every successful mechanical integrity (MI) program, but many facilities face real barriers to achieving it. Cost pressures, PDF-based documentation, software approval hurdles, and data entry errors can all slow progress and undermine reliability.
While many inspection providers offer “turnkey” inspection and data management services, the next evolution in MI is a fully managed MI program—a comprehensive approach that integrates key performance indicator (KPI) monitoring, on-demand engineering support, drawing and inspection data management, and the latest advancements in APM software, AutoCAD, and mobile inspection technology.
Join us as Inspectioneering teams up with MISTRAS Group for our webinar, “Simplifying Mechanical Integrity: How A Managed MI Program Improves Reliability and Reduces Cost.” During this webinar, the presenters provide expert insights into:
- How transitioning to a managed MI model helps overcome today’s most common data and MI program management barriers
- What’s included in a true full-service MI solution
- Steps to successfully navigate the transition to a managed model
- The measurable benefits in cost control, reliability improvement, and audit readiness that this approach can deliver
About the Speakers
Lisa Czyszczewski serves as Vice President of Growth Strategies for MISTRAS Group. Lisa is a mechanical integrity leader with 25 years of experience in refineries, chemical plants, deepwater production facilities, and central engineering roles, including positions with several supermajor oil & gas operators. Having led multiple MI program improvement projects and API Refining and Equipment Standards committees, Lisa brings a deep technical specialty in risk-based inspection, corrosion, materials selection, in-service inspection, NDE, failure analysis, and industry codes. She has hands-on experience leading software implementation, development, enhancement, and integration, along with digital transformation in refining and chemicals facilities.
Ken Min, Director of Asset Integrity Services at MISTRAS Group, is a Mechanical Integrity professional with 13 years of hands-on experience working in oil & gas, chemical, and petrochemical industries. His background consists of extensive experience in the field (e.g., inspection, maintenance, operations), in engineering (e.g., assessments, risk-based/process hazards analyses), and in management (e.g., turnaround, contractor supervision, team lead). He has spent the first half of his career as the owner-operator, and the latter in consulting, supporting clients on building a robust MI program. Ken supported the publication of API Bulletin 592—"Elements of a Fixed Equipment Mechanical Integrity (FE MI) Program"—as the chair and vice chair.
