Inspectioneering teams up with Quest Integrity for our webinar, “Cleaning and In-Line Inspection of Furnace Coils Without Removing Manifolds.” This presentation will address an alternative approach to internally inspecting and cleaning fired heater, furnace, and steam generating coils that are connected to manifolds (common headers) using in-line inspection (ILI) and mechanical cleaning tools, without having to remove the manifolds. Case studies from actual projects will highlight the advantages of employing this type of approach to better manage asset inspection, reliability, and maintenance programs at owner-operator facilities.
About the Speakers
Arjo van Toor, Business Director, Cleaning at Quest Integrity, a resident of the Netherlands, has worked with Quest Integrity for more than 20 years as a subcontractor and an employee. Previously, he owned an innovative and industry-leading European mechanical cleaning company called Turbinate, which was acquired by Quest Integrity in 2016. From then on, Arjo assumed a global position, responsible for overseeing all mechanical decoking/descaling operations and bringing new cleaning techniques and technology to the market. Through his years of experience in the industry, Arjo has become a preeminent subject matter expert on the cleaning and thermal restoration of critical assets in the Refining and Petrochemical industries.
Tim Haugen, Business Director, Inspections at Quest Integrity, has worked for Quest Integrity for 20 years, providing invaluable insights and innovative solutions in his various roles. He currently serves as the Global Business Director for the Process Inspection Group. Tim works with inspectors and engineers in the Refining and Petrochemical industries to promote industry awareness of best-in-class technologies and services and to provide solutions that improve the integrity and reliability of piping assets. He also has extensive managerial and field experience, having directed Quest Integrity’s process inspection operations and managed smart pigging inspections at client facilities worldwide for many years.
