Webinar Overview
While early mechanical integrity (MI) programs tended to focus on baseline compliance with regulations such as OSHA’s Process Safety Management (PSM) directive, owner/operators now have access to advanced technology and additional resources to help them generate value from their MI programs.
Inspectioneering has teamed up with MISTRAS Group to bring you How a Holistic Approach to Mechanical Integrity Drives Value. In this one-hour webinar, MISTRAS Group’s Nick Sowa and Ryan Jones focus on the evolution of MI programs from compliance-driven time and interval-based inspections to condition and risk-based approaches that help operators maximize safety and asset uptime.
As the presenters explore the evolution of MI programs, the presentation discusses the use of advanced nondestructive testing (NDT) techniques that are coupled with engineered damage mechanism reviews; the integration of advanced access, inspection, and mechanical services to streamline project execution; and how operators can benefit from the ongoing digital transformation of asset protection. Key takeaways from this webinar include:
- Streamlined workflows with a holistic approach to evergreen asset protection
- Modification of existing programs to drive solutions that increase reliability and help prevent containment losses
- Real-time data accessibility with digital solutions
- Solutions that can be integrated to enhance mechanical integrity and lower the overall cost of project execution
