Overview

According to OSHA standard 1910.119, Mechanical Integrity (MI) is one of the 14 elements included in Process Safety Management (PSM). Maintaining the mechanical integrity of process equipment is important to ensure that assets are not only designed and installed correctly, but that they operate seamlessly to prevent plant failures, incidents or hazards.

In today’s marketplace, we are seeing PSM become more of a focus as incidents continue to occur in industrial facilities. However, the widespread need for and focus on PSM Mechanical Integrity continues to present challenges to facilities in how to bring it to reality in their operations and properly mitigate risk of loss of containment. Join PinnacleART Principal of Asset Management Solutions, Sean Rosier, and Vice President of Business Development, Nathanael Ince, as they walk you through steps to tackle the challenges your facility may be currently facing around PSM MI including:

  • Primary Problem Areas in Programs
  • Developing a Written Program
  • How to Connect Your Written Program to Your Actual MI Program
