Fire, Explosions Rock Chemical Plant in Georgia

The Symrise Chemical Plant on Colonel's Island, outside of Brunswick, Georgia, was rocked by multiple explosions leading to a large fire on Monday. The plant and neighboring communities have been evacuated and "given first estimates, no one got injured and there is no danger to employees or residents," according to a statement from the company to Fox News Digital. The cause of the explosions is under investigation. 

Symrise manufactures fragrances and other specialty chemicals.
