Construction activity caused a flash fire at about 1:20 PM on Friday, injuring two workers who were treated on site and then brought to a local hospital "for assessment and treatment," Cenovus spokesperson Kim Guttormson said in an email to the Duluth News Tribune. The fire "was quickly extinguished," Guttormson said.
