Indian Oil Corp Worker Dies in Fire at Panipat Refinery

An Indian Oil Corp worker reportedly died and two others sustained serious burn injuries in a major fire on Sunday at the state-owned company's Panipat oil refinery in Haryana.  The incident took place when a vacuum distillation unit was being tested on Saturday night after a shutdown, a local report said. Gas leaked during the testing led to the fire, it added.
