Explosions and Fire Break Out at BPCL's Mumbai Refinery; Over 40 Injured

A fire and subsequent explosions rocked Bharat Petroleum's 120,000 bpd Mumbai Refinery today. 43 workers were injured in the incident according to local law enforcement. The state-run oil company said they have shut down the plant's hydrocracker and an assessment will be conducted on Thursday to determined the extent of the damage.
