DowDuPont Performing Planned Maintenance at Louisiana Crackers

US petrochemicals producer DowDuPont is reportedly performing planned maintenance at its steam crackers at its St Charles complex in Hahnville, Louisiana. The two steam crackers at the site -- SCO-1 with an ethylene capacity of 635,000 mt/year and SCO-2 with an ethylene capacity of 408,000 mt/year -- were taken offline last weekend for a 40- to 50-day turnaround, sources said.
