WV Tank Explosion Kills 2, Injures 1

West Virginia MetroNews Network, May 25, 2017

An storage tank exploded Wednesday morning at a chemical facility in West Virginia, killing two workers and seriously injuring a third.  The workers are employed at Midland Resources, which produces Mercaptan, a chemical often added to natural gas to make it easier to detect. The explosion reportedly occurred as a chemical tank was being prepped for cleaning.
