Celanese/Mitsui Begin 10-day Restart at Texas Methanol Plant Following Repairs to Reformer Unit

Celanese/Mitsui have initiated a restart at their 1.3 million mt/year joint venture methanol plant in Clear Lake, TX following repairs to a secondary reformer. According to their filing with the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality, the restart should last until November 29.
