Enterprise Experiences Process Upset at Mont Belvieu Complex

Enterprise Products Partners suffered a process upset Wednesday at the Splitter III propylene unit at its Mont Belvieu, Texas, natural gas liquids complex, the company said in a Thursday filing with state regulators.  A regen heater malfunction resulted in flaring of 246 lb of propylene, which was scheduled to be completed Wednesday night, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality filing showed.
