Calumet Planning Major Overhaul at Wisconsin Refinery

Calumet Specialty Products Partners L.P. has reportedly submitted a permit application to the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources, seeking permission to move ahead with a $30 million overhaul designed to improve the efficiency of its 45,000 bpd Superior Refinery.
