Fire at Saudi Aramco Terminal Injures 8 Workers

Saudi Aramco, September 20, 2016

Saudi Aramco experienced a fire at its oil terminal facility in Ras Tanura at about 9 am Tuesday morning. Emergency fire services have fully contained the fire and workers in the facility have been evacuated, according to the company. It has been reported that eight (8) workers sustained injuries as a result of the fire, including six contractors and two employees. The cause of the fire still under investigation. Saudi Aramco oil and gas operations were not impacted as a result of the incident.
