Rosneft and Pertamina Partnering on Indonesian Oil Refinery

Rosneft and Pertamina have announced they will soon be entering into a framework agreement to develop an oil refinery in Indonesia. According to Rosneft, the company is interested in creating a regional energy hub in Indonesia. Pertamina currently has 1,000,000 bpd in refining capacity, but says it plans to raise that to 2.3 million bpd through upgrades and additional plants.
