UPDATE: Enbridge has Restarted its 796,000 bpd Line 4 Oil Pipeline

Enbridge Field Operations has completed repairs at the Regina Terminal release site and Line 4 has been safely returned to service. The NEB is on site and has not expressed any concerns with Enbridge’s restart plan. Enbridge will continue to work with all shippers, receivers and feeder facilities to manage any potential impacts to delivery schedules, and shippers have been informed of the restart. All free product has been recovered and more detailed clean-up work on site will continue into next week. The reported release volume estimate of 1,350 bbls has not changed.
