TechCorr USA, LLC Acquires J & V Electric

Houston, Texas, August 1st, 2008:

TechCorr USA, LLC (TechCorr) with corporate headquarters in Pasadena Texas has acquired J & V Electric located in Spring Texas. J & V Electric is a privately held company that has been providing electrical contracting services to the residential and commercial building industries for over twenty-five (25) years. Over 10,000 homes, government buildings and commercial buildings have been wired and trimmed with conventional electrical systems and specialty lighting systems. J & V Electric, while a smaller independent electrical contracting company has a large pool of experienced project managers, supervisors and field personnel and when it comes to residential and commercial build-outs they have built a quality name in the industry.

TechCorr USA, LLC, having a focus on industrial and commercial oil and gas production, refining, petrochemical and power generation industries, has created a new Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Division in which the J & V business is being merged. The division will focus on providing residential, commercial and industrial clients a wide range of electrical contracting and instrumentation services. TechCorr plans to use the J&V acquisition as the foundation of its E&I services and expand into the renewable energy production and services business.
