What You Do:

As an Asset Integrity Manager, you will manage inspection projects and inspection personnel, maintain client relationships, and develop new business in the Fixed Asset portion of our Inspection Services division of our company. 

Reports to: Sr. Asset Integrity Manager

Location: Pasadena, TX

Accountable for:

Client Satisfaction: Ensures projects meet client expectations while maintaining positive client relationships
Project Efficiency and Profitability: Monitors project execution to ensure project cost and margin expectations are met
Professional Effectiveness: Develops processes and procedures to improve department, identifies and closes potential gaps, and ensure team members development
Solutions: Engages in solutions activities to ensure that financial growth targets for the managed technique(s) are achieved

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with Staffing Lead to staff field personnel on current and upcoming projects
  • Manage overall project execution
  • Solely responsible for projects worth $3-5MM in revenue
  • Ensure inspections projects are completed efficiently and in a timely manner while maintaining quality and profit margin expectations  
  • Maintain ongoing communication with the PinnacleART Inspections Group and all other departments within the company
  • Responsible for all internal and external client interactions
  • Develop additional business opportunities with current and new clients


  • 5+ years of inspection experience in mechanical integrity (including 3+ years of experience working in the field)
  • 3+ years management experience in oil & gas, chemicals or refining industries
  • Turnaround experience
  • Two of the following certifications: API 510, API 570, or API 653
  • Experience mentoring and managing personnel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office
  • Must be willing to travel 35-45% of the time, domestic

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, Engineering discipline preferred
  • Experience with RBI programs
