Quest Integrity, a global leader in inspection and engineering services, is seeking a Senior Integrity/Corrosion Engineer who is responsible for the integrity and corrosion engineering services including sales forecasting, sales support, business development, project delivery and product development.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide input to the regional business development strategies and sales plan.
- Alignment with regional technical Assistant’s (TAs) sales plan (participation in sales meetings, planning meetings).
- Collaborate with other Quest Integrity and TEAM personnel to build customer and application base. Support business development activities including meetings, presentations, proposal writing etc. and maintain effective relationship with clients as required. Maintain overview of emerging services and customer needs and identify opportunities for new corrosion and integrity related services and/or products.
- Develop technical/marketing papers and attend relevant industry events and workshop.
- Contribute to knowledge sharing and transfer through internal training and awareness sessions; lead and mentor graduates and/or engineers.
- Provide technical support and leadership in integrity, corrosion and materials engineering specialisation to regional/global projects and activities as required. Example projects include:
- Lead failure analysis and recommend actions including mitigations for corrosion threats, repair strategies and replacement decisions.
- Develop asset integrity plans, conduct risk assessments, material selection reviews, develop corrosion control documents, etc. including identification of damage mechanisms, estimation of expected corrosion rates, definitions of IOW and recommendations for maintenance and inspection.
- Conduct/participate in risk based inspection (RBI) activities, fitness for service (FFS) assessment for maintenance and inspection planning.
- Prepare and conduct training activities in the area of expertise as required.

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES
- MS or BS in a related engineering field.
- 5+ years of industry experience and technical knowledge in pipeline integrity engineering.
- Able to demonstrate practical application and expertise in the area of integrity, materials and corrosion engineering.
- Have experience in writing technical documents (proposals, technical reports, technical papers, etc.).
- A strong ability to handle multiple projects and activities simultaneously with varying scope and content.
- Awareness of budgetary constraints and delivery timescales.
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills and able to work effectively with people across different background within the organisation.

- Travel requirement: variable as required given the current telecommuting plan.
