Mechanical Integrity Implementation
The FER team has a deep understanding of IDMS programs and extensive experience with databases. They can work on both the front and back end of programs for implementation and optimization, using their real-life field experience to optimize databases for efficiency and code integrity.
Rope Access
Rope access is a safe and cost-effective method for completing tasks such as NDE, insulation, welding, bolt torquing, equipment blinding, painting, and sand blasting. Rope access trades have an excellent safety record and also saves up to 75% of business costs by eliminating scaffolding.
Turnaround Planning and Execution
FER's full-time turnaround team has extensive experience in planning and executing turnarounds, with over 110 completed and a wealth of quality inspector contractors. They have a deep understanding of turnaround coordination, planning, and repair plans.
Advanced NDT/NDE Services
FER provides advanced NDE/NDT services, using trained and certified technicians and state-of-the-art equipment to accurately detect anomalies, analyze their characteristics, and assist clients in making cost-effective decisions to prevent asset damage and improve equipment reliability.
Refractory Inspection Services
FER offers refractory inspection services with API 936 certified inspectors and expertise in new engineering designs and installation methods. We provide consulting and problem-solving throughout the installation process and offer API 936 shop surveillance to ensure quality assurance.
Tank Services
FER provides full API 653 tank inspections. These services include coordination and supervision of tank construction ensuring code compliance at every juncture. FER provides AUT crawlers, MFL, and tank floor evaluation.
