He is responsible for leading MISTRAS’ utility services team and providing valuable knowledge to further develop the company’s presence in this sector. Bryan uses his intimate knowledge of gas distribution and transmission pipeline integrity requirements, the California Public Utility Commission’s risk-based approach to rate setting, and the increase in federal regulatory requirements and oversight to enable MISTRAS to provide critical asset protection solutions to their utilities customers.
