Meshari Al-Otaibi

Meshari Al-Otaibi is an electrical engineer with an MSc degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern Florida (USF) and an ME degree in Engineering Management from King Fahad University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM). He has worked with the Saudi Aramco Inspection Department since 2000, where he supports quality assurance activities for construction projects and manufacturers. Meshari has published several technical papers on electrical equipment and digitalized inspection activities in different international venues. Meshari holds several professional and technical certifications, including ASQ-CMQ/OE, API 580, API SIEE, Six Sigma Black Belt, and PMP RMP.
