George Jarjoura, PhD: About the Author
Director of Advanced Corrosion Laboratory, Dalhousie University
Dr. George Jarjoura is a professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering and the Director of the Advanced Corrosion Laboratory at Dalhousie University. Dr. Jarjoura obtained his PhD in Materials Engineering from Dalhousie University, Canada, in 2004. In 2005, he joined Dalhousie University, where he has been teaching and conducting research in corrosion and electrochemical processes in materials engineering. Dr. Jarjoura has served as a consultant to a wide variety of companies in the chemical, metallurgical, and petroleum industries. Dr. Jarjoura has more than 50 publications in the fields of corrosion, coating, and wear.
