Ben Charlton is the Senior Inspector–PCMS at Valero Energy Corp's Three Rivers Refinery, where he is responsible for the evergreening program, inspection data management system, and special inspection projects for the reliability department. He has over 15 years of experience in the implementation and maintenance of inspection programs for various operators and service providers including Western Refining, Pinnacle, and Valero. Ben is also the programmer/developer of the evergreening tracking system that Valero Refining utilizes to track the evergreening process at their refineries.
