Ben Osborne has been in the construction industry for the last 25 years, with the last 15 being focused in the oil and gas markets starting with industrial rental equipment, then moving into the very specific heat treatment field 14 years ago. Ben started in the field, learning the trade working from projects to shutdowns through to emergency maintenance pit stops. Working his way up to a Project and Site Manager at one of the largest refineries on the west coast as a heat treating specialist and subject matter expert, Ben was fortunate enough to learn from some of the best in the industry. Soon afterward, he was brought into the regional office to manage the operational role that covered the 11 western states from Montana down to New Mexico and everything west of. Currently Ben is overseeing the Product and Service Line Heat Treating Business as the Global Director with his main focus and attention on establishing and developing technical and commercial training throughout the organization, along with creating innovative products and market solution-based strategies for the global market.
