He holds Ph.D. degree in civil engineering from University of Maryland at College Park, and is a registered professional engineer and certified project manager professional. He has 22+ years of engineering experience. He has served as a subject matter expert in numerous structural engineering areas including failure analysis of structures, seismic and vibration, soil-structure interaction effects, and analysis and design of equipment foundations.
