Mr. Martinez earned his B.Sc. in Metallurgical Engineering and piping design post-grade studies and holds certifications for API 510 (Pressure Vessel Inspection Code), API 570 (Piping Inspection Code) and API 653 (Atmospheric Tanks Inspection).
