Richard has over 35 years of experience in the radiography and NDT business. He is a current ASNT NDT Level III in RT, which he has held for over 20 years. In previous assignments he was a NAVSEA Level III Radiographic Examiner, NAS – 410 Level III as well as an AWS CWI. Richard currently is a member of the ASME Sec. V radiography group and also participates in ASTM standards development.
