Rex is the Director/Chief Engineer for the Willbros Kansas City and Houston Integrity offices. Rex has 34 years' experience in the pipeline industry, 14 with Panhandle Eastern, which through acquisitions or divestitures can be known as: Trunkline Gas, Texas Eastern, Algonquin, Duke, Spectrum, Centana, and Southern Union. During his tenure with Panhandle, Rex was involved in construction management, pipeline design, regulatory compliance, project management, and GIS development. From 1994 to 2007, Rex was Director of Operations for MJH/GE, responsible for all GIS and Integrity projects and associated software development. At Willbros since 2007, responsibilities include integration of the two integrity offices into one cohesive integrity engineering unit, charged with performing various integrity efforts for multiple clients. This includes all phases of integrity engineering, including Class Location and HCA studies, risk, MAOP verification studies, IMP development and management, integrity assessment determination and management, audit support and technology improvements.
