John Companik is the Inspection Superintendent for BP's Whiting Refinery and has held numerous positions at that site for the last 26 years. His experience has included positions in Safety, Project Engineering, Reliability and Maintenance, with the last 10 years being in Inspection. John has degrees in Chemistry and Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and is both a Licensed Professional Engineer and a Licensed Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspector by the State of Indiana.
